Back Country Horsemen of America holds its national board meeting at Ft. Worden State Park in Port Townsend, Wash. BCHA, with members in 25 states, rotates the meeting among member locations. This gathering, from April 22 to 25, will be a workshop meeting for all directors from the 25 states.
